PRIVACY POLICY
Version: 1.0 Effective Date: September 3, 2026 Last Updated: September 3, 2026
Studio2U ("Studio2U," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how Studio2U collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and otherwise processes information when you access or use the Studio2U website, application, marketplace, booking services, communications features, payment functionality, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By using Studio2U, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
*Note on how this document works: unlike the Terms of Service and the Recording Consent Agreement, this Privacy Policy is a notice, not a contract you affirmatively agree to. At signup you acknowledge that you've read it; your contractual consent is given through the Terms of Service and, at booking time, the Recording Consent Agreement.*
